From the university to society:
In the podcast "Gemeinsam weiterdenken hoch 6 | Der Podcast der Berliner Hochschulen für Angewandte Wissenschaften", teachers and researchers from Berlin's six universities of applied sciences talk about their ideas for changing our society.
Specific projects and work are presented and asked about their relevance and added value for citizens, customers and society in general. The idea is for scientists and researchers from the various universities to bring together multi-perspective, enriching perspectives and interesting aspects.
Politically and socially interested listeners should feel addressed.

In the premiere episode (listen here), Gisela Hüttinger from HTW Berlin talks to her guest Prof. Dr. Björn Hacker, Professor of European Economic Policy at HTW Berlin, about the future of the European Union. Together they look for answers to the big question: What is the future of the EU?
The two presenters Julia Oelkers and Jenny Hierl then take a look at Germany and ask Dr. Carl Melchers from HWR Berlin about the effectiveness of bans on right-wing extremist organizations.
