The annual alumni survey of the Bachelor's degree course in Interprofessional Healthcare - online (IGo) uses an online questionnaire to record graduates' skills growth and professional development. In the current results, study organization, compatibility with private life and opportunities for interprofessional exchange are rated as very good. The course meets the students' expectations and enables excellent personal and professional development. In addition, 90% of participants state that they will continue to work in healthcare after completing their studies. Compared to 2024, the values are stable to slightly improved, particularly with regard to teamwork, interprofessional communication and digital skills. There is potential for development in independent learning and time management. As in the previous surveys, all alumni would recommend the degree program to others, which confirms its high quality and relevance.

Methodology
The 2025 alumni survey is conducted as part of the continuous quality assurance of the Bachelor's degree course in Interprofessional Healthcare - online (IGo). The aim of the survey is to obtain feedback from graduates on their experiences during their studies and their professional development after graduation. The data is collected using a standardized online questionnaire. This is sent to people who have successfully completed the degree program at the end of the previous year. A total of ten alumni took part in the survey. This corresponds to a response rate of almost 47%. The proportion of women is 100%, and the age of the participants is between 32 and 59 years (average age 45.3 years). The results were analyzed descriptively and compared with the data from the previous year's survey in 2024 (n = 14, 71% female, 29% male, average age 43.7 years). The survey includes questions on professional changes since graduation, the assessment of the study organization and content, the acquisition of interprofessional skills and personal and professional development. In addition, respondents can provide qualitative feedback, e.g. wishes, suggestions for improvement, criticism or additional comments.

Results
The results of the 2025 alumni survey show a very positive overall picture with regard to the study experiences and professional development of graduates. Compared to the 2024 survey, professional mobility has decreased significantly. For example, 90% continue to work in healthcare after completing their studies. With regard to the general evaluation of the degree program, the compatibility of the degree program with personal life circumstances (MW=2.1 ±0.9) and the opportunities for interprofessional exchange (MW=1.2 ±0.6) were rated particularly positively. The importance and personal benefit of the learning objectives were consistently rated very highly by the graduates. The mean values were between 1.0 and 1.7, with only the positive response options ("strongly agree" or "agree") being selected. There was only a minimal deterioration in the integration of new technologies and innovations in healthcare (MW increase from 1.6 to 1.7). The acquisition of interprofessional skills was also predominantly rated positively. Of these, teamwork, interprofessional communication, dealing with digital media and role clarity are particularly pronounced. Overall, improvements can be identified in 14 of the 24 competence items surveyed, with the ability to moderate discussions also increasing statistically significantly (p = 0.037). Competencies in the areas of independent learning, conflict management and time management are somewhat less pronounced and have declined slightly compared to the previous year. The respondents were also very satisfied overall with the coordination of the degree program and with the career support that is an integral part of the entire course of study. The mean values are consistently in the positive range (MW ≈ 1.1-1.9). The general feedback also reflects a high level of satisfaction: expectations of the course are met (MW = 1.2) and personal and professional development is rated as excellent. All participants stated that they would recommend the course to others. In the previous surveys from 2021 and 2024, the recommendation rate was also 100%. In terms of qualitative feedback, the family atmosphere, the good structure and flexibility of the study format, the family-friendliness and the high practical relevance were particularly emphasized. Criticism was voiced regarding the desire for a broader range of subject areas in the case studies and the lack of a subsequent (online) Master's degree course in Interprofessional Healthcare.

Conclusion
The 2025 alumni survey once again confirms the high quality and relevance of the Bachelor's degree course in Interprofessional Healthcare - online (IGo). The results show that the course contributes significantly to the professional and personal development of graduates and that the intended learning objectives are largely achieved. The practical orientation, interprofessional collaboration and the good compatibility of the course with individual life circumstances were particularly positively emphasized. Compared to the previous year's survey in 2024, an overall stable to slightly improved assessment can be observed in almost all areas surveyed. The feedback also indicates a strengthening of important interprofessional skills, in particular communication, teamwork and digital skills. At the same time, the results show that there is still potential for development in individual areas such as independent learning, conflict resolution and time management. The repeatedly expressed desire for a postgraduate (online) Master's degree course underlines the graduates' interest in further academic qualifications in an interprofessional context. In summary, the findings once again demonstrate a very high level of satisfaction, commitment and identification with the degree course. The consistently high recommendation rate makes it clear that the course meets the requirements of practice and offers sustainable added value for professional development in the healthcare sector.
